Over the years, Joshua Mischke has funded numerous successful real estate development deals while providing the necessary capital for real estate companies to get off the ground.
In addition to his private lending business, Josh Mischke operates a real estate investment company that focuses on flipping single-family homes and acquiring rental properties. He guides all aspects of these investments, including locating undervalued properties, managing the purchasing process, and collaborating with contractors to renovate the properties to his specifications. Joshua Mischke also handles the investment firm’s daily operations in accounting, marketing, and strategic planning.
